A Space Designed Specifically for Her

You know your daughter is capable of more.

You see it in the way she pushes herself, the way she cares, the way she lights up when she feels confident… and the way she shuts down when she doesn’t.

HerTime is the first training center in Wisconsin built for female athletes who need more than traditional training can offer.

It was created for the girl who needs a place that helps her get stronger, trust herself, understand her body, and grow into the kind of athlete and young woman she’s truly capable of becoming.

Because what most girls need isn’t just more practice… it’s a place that finally gets them.

This is not just a gym. It's a movement.

It's HerTime!

The HerTime Pillars

A holistic approach designed to empower young female athletes through every stage of their growth.

Body
Mindset
Leadership
Community

Our programming is rooted in female physiology, cycle awareness, and strength conditioning designed specifically for the developing female athlete.  When a girl understands her body as a high-performing instrument and not an obstacle to manage everything changes.

At HerTime, we believe the most powerful thing we can give a young female athlete isn't a faster sprint or a sharper serve — it's an unshakeable mind. We train confidence like a skill — because it is one.

Developing a powerful voice and effective communication skills. Our training encourages leading by example and taking initiative on and off the field.

There is something undeniably powerful about a room full of girls who have decided to rise together. We've created a community where young female athletes feel genuinely seen, celebrated, and supported

Our Vision

At HerTime, we see a future where girls no longer shrink to fit in, but expand into who they are meant to become.

Our Mission

To develop strong, confident female athletes by integrating sports performance training with body awareness,  mindset development, leadership cultivation, and community connection.

Anne Mank

Founder & Head Coach

Anne Mank has spent her whole life in two worlds — the world of high performance and the world of deep purpose. As a decorated multi-sport athlete, she earned All-Conference and All-State honors, MVP awards and was inducted into the St. Joseph High School Athletic Hall of Fame before going on to play collegiate basketball and volleyball. As a professional, she built a 20+ year career at firms like Deloitte, Edward Jones, and Savant Wealth Management — earning her CPA, CFP®, and Certified Integrative Holistic Coach credentials along the way.

But despite all of it, Anne vividly remembers navigating the pressures of competitive sport without a mentor or a space built for girls like her. HerTime Training Center is her answer to that gap — and her greatest mission yet. As a coach, a mother of three (including a high school athlete with college aspirations), and the founder of a movement, Anne brings the rare combination of financial expertise, athletic excellence, and heart-centered leadership that makes HerTime not just a business — but a calling. She built the place she always needed. Now she's opening the doors for your daughter.

Is Your Daughter a Good Fit for HerTime?

Hey mom! Before we start, I want you to know this isn't a test. There are no wrong answers and this isn't about whether you have done enough for your daughter because we all know you have.

You are here because you pay attention and see things in her that maybe she can't see in herself yet. Because somewhere in the back of your mind you've been wondering: "Is there something more out there for her?"

When your daughter makes a mistake in a game, what happens next?
If you asked your daughter right now why she plays her sport, what would she say?
When your daughter is in a group (teammates, classmates, team dinner), how does she show up?
How much of your daughter's athletic training focuses specifically on her body, hormone cycle, energy levels and nutrition?
When was the last time someone worked with your daughter on her mental game including her self-talk, confidence and handling pressure situations?
If you are being completely honest, what has female athletics been missing for your daughter's generation?
Close your eyes for a second. Imagine your daughter one year from now walking onto the court, field or track. What do you want her to feel?
If a place existed that combined elite athletic training with mindset coaching, cycle based strength training, leadership development and a community of girls just like her, what would that mean to you?

You completed the quiz, what does that mean?

✓  You see your daughter not just her stats. You see the way she goes quiet after a mistake. The way she defers when she should speak up. The way she works so hard for everyone else's approval. You've seen all of it.

✓  You've always known something was missing but you just couldn't name it. The resources, the training, the community, the space that was actually built for her not modified from a system designed for someone else's body.

✓  You're the kind of mom who acts on what she sees. And that's exactly why you're still reading this.

You know your daughter the best and only you can decide if she would be a good fit for HerTime. But, she will always be welcomed at HerTime.

This is Where it Starts.

A HerTime membership gives your daughter access to the kind of training most girls never get, the kind that helps everything start to click.

She’ll build strength, learn how to trust her body, understand how her cycle impacts performance, and develop the mindset, reaction, strategy, and leadership skills that change how she shows up in competition and in life.

But more than that, she’ll be surrounded by coaches and a community that will help her grow into someone who carries herself differently.

If you’ve been searching for something that feels  more aligned with what your daughter truly needs, this is it.
