R - READY
Every session begins by helping your daughter slow down, check in, and truly understand how she is showing up that day.
In Ready, we guide athletes through intention-setting, energy check-ins, dynamic warm-up, and body awareness practices that help them tune into their female physiology, including where they may be in their cycle and how that can affect performance.
This is where she learns that understanding her body is not a weakness, it is an advantage.
S - STRENGTH
This is where she builds the physical confidence to match the athlete she is becoming inside.
In Strength, we focus on performance-based training designed specifically for the female body, helping athletes improve power, stability, speed, resilience, and injury prevention through intentional movement and age-appropriate strength work.
More than just getting stronger, this is where she begins to feel powerful and proud of what her body can do.
HerTime R.I.S.E. Model
The HerTime R.I.S.E. Method is our signature training approach designed specifically for the female athlete. By combining strength, strategy, leadership, mindset, and cycle-aware body education, we help girls train in a way that supports their development. Every session is built to help her become stronger not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.
I - INTEGRATE
Once she is grounded and activated, we help her connect what she is thinking to how she moves and leads.
In Integrate, athletes work on reaction time, agility, strategy, body control, athletic decision-making, and communication through drills that challenge both the body and the brain.
This is where she learns how to respond under pressure, think faster, trust herself more deeply, and begin showing up as a confident leader in life.
E - EVALUATE
At HerTime, we believe growth doesn’t stop when the workout ends, it deepens when she has the space to reflect, recover, and reconnect.
In Evaluate, athletes slow down through recovery, breathwork, reflection, and guided discussion so they can better understand what their body is telling them and what they are learning about themselves.
This is where performance becomes self-awareness, and self-awareness becomes confidence.
