The Founding Membership will only be offered to 35 athletes and includes all the benefits of the VIP Membership but at a 35% discount. Plus get a special gift, 30 minute 1:1 goals session and a seat on our HerTime Council - $179/month

The Core Membership provides full access to guided training sessions focused on strength, speed, body awareness, leadership and athletic performance, giving girls the structure and consistency needed to grow - $225/month

The VIP Membership builds on the Core membership by adding access to open gym hours, allowing athletes to train independently, refine skills, and take greater ownership of their development - $275/month

For those joining with a friend, the Friends Membership offers the same Core access to guided sessions at a discounted rate, creating accountability, connection, and a more enjoyable training experience - $179/month/person

Adult Memberships

For those 21 and older, Adult Membership offers access to the weight room, guided sessions, morning classes and other special events - $99/month

For a limited, we are offering a Mother & Daughter Membership. This will give you both the Adult membership and the VIP membership at an amazing price - $250/month
